Question I have... Besides Medifast cookies and milk, what is a quick no hassle meal? Looking forward for any answer or 2. Another question I got... I'd like to know what you do when you start craving warm food. Sometimes I will have herbal tea, or make raw soup, but I haven't found a raw soup that I really am satisfied with..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..

I like paprika, and other spices to keep me warm. Also, spicy salsa helps. I've found when I am cold, eating something with fat in it (avocado, nuts) does help my body temperature too....

I do cheat though, and drink herbal tea sometimes.

I know it's not raw, but it helps when I get a jonesing for coffee or something hot...

You can warm up your Medifast food in a dehydrator..

Also, just a thought, the water boils at 110 F so it is considered raw, right? So you can boil the water and add some fresh tea herbs like mint leaves, chamomile flowers or what ever you have and let it sit for sometime to take in the herbs. Then there you will have tea and I would think it would do you no harm. But overtime you will get over having something warm in the winter...

Sorry, I was wrong and personally I never tested the temperature of water. So I guess I have to take my words back about the boiled water..

SORRY..

The exercising was a great tip! If your body is warm you usually will not crave hot anything. Maybe when I start getting a tempted, I go for an aerobic walk. Thanks for that!..

Not to veer off the main subject too much, but if you are taking water out of the tap, even if you are then purifying it, wasn't it already heated when being treated by the water processing plant you get your water from? And if you drink water that is distilled, doesn't that use heat too...I'm not sure I understand how you would ever drink water that wasn't heated first, am I missing something? I would think if you boiled the water, put in a thermometer and waited until it went below 115 degrees and then added in something like lemon and honey you would be okay...

Yeah I second that. I'm really curious as to how hot water isn't raw...

When I am craving warm, my favorite favorite thing is the brownies. When you take them out of the Medifast food processor they are warm from the friction. OMG sooooo Delicious!!!!! YAY!..

Ya, as far as I can tell...water is water...not living. It might have living things in it...but I'm fine with killing things that can kill me! I mean in a perfect world my unprocessed/unboiled creek water would suffice...but it's got old tires and shopping carts in it.....
