Hi guys, I'm really new to Nutrisystem (Advanced program). I started at 340 and down to 325 already. No Thanksgiving spread for me today! I am sticking to the program and will not stay fat for much longer..

Today is my 33rd wedding anniversary. (Yeah, we were married on Thanksgiving Day.).
Both my sons and a new daughter-in-law are here safe and sound and the daughter-in-law is making the whole Thanksgiving Dinner for us.. Life is good for the most part.. I hope everyone else can list enough good things to comfortably put aside the bad stuff for at least a day.. Remember the Men's prayer from the Red Green show: I'm a man ... But I can change ... if I have to ... I guess. And Red's sign-off - "Keep your stick on the ice. Remember, We're all in this together and I'm pullin for you.".. |
