First of all Can you drink beer on any stages of the Medifast Diets? Thanks for any answer. 2nd question I got is.. A co-worker just came back from her lunch break and brought everyone in the office (there are only 5 of us) a Frosty from Wendys. I graciously took it and as soon as everyone was busy indulging in their treat I went to the office kitchen and washed it down the drain! My co-workers are none the wiser and I didn't go off plan. That's a win-win in my book!.. |
