I am thinking I am going to do the 10% of my total bodyweigt, than the goalplan looks something like this..
230 lbs. 207 lbs. 186 lbs. 168 lbs. 150 lbs. 136 lbs. 122 lbs. 110 lbs.. |

Hi I am kind of new. I ordered my food a long time ago and started but never got going. My mom and sister both had cancer and my dad passed away all in the last 7 months so I put it aside until I was ready to do it. I am now ready and 10% goals seem great! Thanks!..

I was thinking 10% of overall weight. My "mini-goals" would be as follows.
Start: 245. Goal 1: 221. Goal 2: 199. Goal 3: 180. Goal 4: 162. Goal 5: 146. FINAL GOAL: 140. Josie: so sorry about all you've been through/going through. Time to focuse on taking care of yourself....even 10% at a time!!!.. |

So mine would look something like:.
253 - 25 = 228. 228 - 23 = 205. 205 - 21 = 184. 184 - 18 = 166. 166 - 17 = 149. 149 - 15 = 134. My goal looks a lot further away in those terms...... Hmmmmm...... |

Losing 10% of your bodyweight definitely sounds less daunting. I just ordered my supplies, but have been a mindful eater this week, while waiting for their arrival. I have lost 1/2 of a pound this week, but I thought about food all day long..
My 1st 10% goal would be 243 lbs (27 pounds of off 270).. That might take me from a size 22 to a 20 and make me feel like I have a cute new wardrobe that I haven't been able to wear for a while. I think I should hang those size 20 jeans out where I can see them... |
