My 1st question is: Did I Ruin my Diet? The Medifast Diet? Many thanks for any comment. Another question... Once upon a time there was a beautiful and dedicated medifaster. She was so dedicated in all her ways. Made sure to eat all her meals, swam around the moat daily, and drank more water than a dragon. Now, while the universe clearly wanted her to succeed to her goal, she had some evil servants trying to sabotage her. |

Woo hoo!!!! I am loving all the great JUST SAY NO'ing going on out there!! It's tough for me too, even though I'm a stay-at-home mom without evil co-workers ... I was ALL ALONE today with my kids' two big bags of Halloween candy ... I could almost hear it calling me!!!! But I did not eat one single bite, hurray! Tried chocolate volcano cake made from a shake and it was awesome and OP!!!!..
