Got a question... Does anyone know the best Nutrisystem diets and diet pills to buy? Many thanks for any answer or 2. Second question.. I thought to start this thread because I wanted to hear from all of you how. |

The answer is Yes, but you might want to make sure and wait for someone else here to confirm it as I am not completely sure. Better yet, why don't you email the Nutrisystem guys because they can answer you better...

My biggest daily change is that I now eat to live instead of the opposite. This means that I plan out my meals the day before then give them no further thought. I don't wait to see what I feel like having or eat based on my mood. Now, I just eat to fuel the machine...

Thanks letsgomountaineers... you reminded me that breakfast was my problem too. I too began to eat breakfast and can't imagine not having one everyday..
One more change for me that I forgot to mention above:. 10. I use smaller sized plates and platters. My water cups got larger though!.. |

This thread opened my eyes on a few things that I have done different within the past month or so now that I have started NS...
1. like LGM had stated, I am eating breakfast everyday and I can tell my body is used to it, and even likes it, seeing as how my tummy grumbles within the first hour of being up.. 2. I have started drinking a crap load of water which I rarely did before and I always feel like this is a great way to flush out those toxins from years of food abuse.. 3. I'm actually weighing myself weekly and not feeling aprehensive to do so. I never did really weigh myself because I felt I'd be too embarrased to look down and see the numbers. Actually... it was hard to even see passed the gut.... 4. The word "no" comes out more easily whenever someone asks me if I want a drink or some food at my friends' houses and even restaurants/bars.. 5. For most of my life I have been pretty self conscious due to my weight but I can see myself wanting to go out more now and also feeling better about the way I look.. 6. I have slowly started to work out which has given me a bit more stamina doing everyday tasks at work and home.. 7. After work, I now don't think about what fast food joint I should stop by to grab some food.. 8. When I look in the mirror, instead of thinking "where did I go wrong" I start thinking "You'll look so much better soon".. |
|
#8 is so very true. You will be amazed at the progress you'll make and not realize it...

I know I've only been doing this for a month now, but I swear I can see a big difference already. Today I put on buisness casual for only the second time since I started, and the pants looked baggy and my shirt fit perfectly. It's a nice feeling..
Breakfast is by far the biggest change, that and I am ALWAYS thinking of what I used to eat. Not that I want any of it, dont get me wrong. But every time I pass a vending maching I remember the snickers lol... |
|
1)think before shoving food in my mouth.
2)read package labels. 3)keep track of when and what I eat. 4)Park further away from the entrance. 5)Exercise. 6)Take the stairs. 7)Take note of things I can do easier now. 8)Plan on doing things I couldn't do before. Mojo.. |
|
1. Fart a lot..
2. Have a soft serve moment after breakfast (Thanx Michael).. 3. Fart some more.. 4. Watch MSNBC. 5. Bubble my marbs (again, TY M).. 6. Surf the boards.. 7. Bubble my marbles some more.. 8. Drink water every time I fart... |
|
Damon... now that was funny because it's true, I can relate to one and three anyway... but not sure what five and seven mean???.
Curry number four is priceless.. 11. Joined a gym. 12. purchased fashionable clothing... not at the "big and tall" shop.. 13. have a much more positive outlook. 14. I'm thinking this coming summer I may just be able to scuba in a rash guard or skins without looking like a yellow Ostraciidae... |
|
That's when you fart sitting down and the gas flows forward and it bubbles up around your marble sack..
If you're in a bathtub at the time, please refrain from biting at the bubbles... |
|
OooooooNOOOOOO...bahhhhhhh. Too funny, please thank Michael for that one...

Most of what has already been said, plus:.
...easily walk past the candy bars at the grocery check out and think they look better there on display rather than displayed on me.. ...experiment with salads and vegetables and look forward to eating them.. ...stand a little taller... |
|
I just spit coffee all over my monitor...
Someone had posted an article about how the smelly bombs are actually good for you because it lowers blood pressure. I have gotten my friends to actually accept this theory.. 9. My blood pressure is phenomenally low... |
|
Thanks for reminding me curry....
15. my cholesterol is at an all time low and the doc lowered my meds... |
