Quick question: Has anyone tried the medical center for Nutrisystem diet? Thanks for any response. My 2nd question... It has to be the scale.. |
I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

The streets are usually clear enough for walking, except we had a few minutes of above freezing last night, so the snow was rain. Today everything is ice. And it is suppose to go to 0 tonight. After a person lives here long enough you realize you can't stay inside all winter, so we deal with it one way or another. That doesn't mean it's any fun, though..
And, thanks for agreeing with me that it's the scale and not me. You're a good man... |

Extra effort on the icy streets equals muscle gain offsetting fat loss. You're all good...

Consistency is key - changes in the amount of water in your system can make big changes in your weight - it's crucial NOT to chase the scale. You're on track - keep with it!..
Maybe too much sodium in you, making you retain water weight?..
My theory is that the turning of the earth has altered the gravimetric field which in turn causes the scales to be misaligned...

BBGG = Blueberry Gut Grenade. The name used when refering to Nutrisystem blueberry muffins due to the explosive nature of their after effects...

Tried them. I like them. Maybe I've eaten so many that I have become immune. But don't ask my wife about that...

If you don't have a balance scale (an arm with weights on it) get one. It's a hundred bucks or so but worth it. The spring scales are worthless and the piezo electric become more inaccurate the more weight you put on them. I went crazy with bad weight readings until I got my balance scale. Now there are no excuses and the weight is always accurate...
Thanks, but I'm not sure I want to be too accurate or be without at least one excuse. You must have been reading some old posts to find this one..
I looked on your page and saw that you fly RC planes. Me too, on and off. I fly the electric models (built one in 1985), but mostly fly FS on the computer now. It doesn't cost as much when they crash... |
Where do you find one of those scales. I am aasuming you are talking hospital style??..
I don't weigh myself everyday unless I want to go crazy with the fluctuations. Once a week is enough for me...gives me something to look forward to / fear every Monday. Now, when I was regaining the weight, I just didn't weigh myself at all. Ignorance is bliss after all !..

I thought that the moon was aligning with Mars. This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius, isn't it?..
Cool I have FSX and do enjoy it but a LONG way from being any good at it. I've always had the itch to get into RC flying too. I used to be into the model rockets, was always fun to build them and see them go..
We used to do that when I was a kid...long time ago. I remember we used to get little mice an put them in the cockpit and send em for a ride. Some of them actually lived !..
