First question I got is HOW in the world do I cancel my account on Medifast Diet? Thanks in advance for any response. Second question of mine... Hi Melt Aways and Happy Hump Day!.

Cara, going out to eat on Easter isn't bad in my opinion. It's easier. Typically no left overs, no making of two meals. Good idea!.

RA makes it difficult to do a lot. I commend you on just making it day to day!.

I break my water up into sections of 16 oz. I try to log them in after each 16 oz. It helps me be accountable to click on those little water glasses on the my plan page..

I know you can get that water in!! I'm cheering for you!.

Gloria, good luck on your weigh in today!.

Today, I'm down 1.6. I can't believe I'm almost in the 170's. I remember that in the 170's, I was a size 12. I think it was around 174, 175. It's surreal..

Here's a run down of my workout history with Medifast:.

3 weeks prior to Medifast I did Leslie Sansone walking videos and built up to the three mile walk, five days a week. I lost three pounds from 218 to 215 making my Medifast starting weight 215..

Starting MF, I still did the Leslie Sansone walks, but bumped down to the mile walk three or so days a week for about two weeks and then bounced up to five days a week and increased the miles. I could do Leslie Sansone forever. However, one day my husband was watching me do the videos and said it was time to move on to something else. I knew this. I needed more weight training..

Next, I did 10 lb. Slimdown workouts. I usually did these four days a week, with something else on the fifth day. Most of these workouts were 20 to 30 minutes long and included weight training with cardio intervals in between. On the odd day I would do some other video like Denise Austin etc. The slimdown workouts I did for about three weeks as well..

My next workout series was an Oxygen magazine strength training routine. It was about an hour a day, five days a week. I tried to add some cardio in during the week as well. This went on for around three to four weeks..

Now, I'm doing the classes. I noticed changing it up keeps me from boredom...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

Gloria, PT does take a lot of time. Elbow injuries are the worst. Its like our legs are more resilient, like for a knee injury. But, the elbow area is so sensitive. What kind of aerobics did you teach??.

Well, today is a busy one. I hope everyone is having a super OP day. I'll try to check in later...

My 4th box of food arrives today. I am as excited as when the first one arrived. Guess that's a good sign of the program!.

Will catch up later, have to run to PT and then work..

Happy Easter, ladies! I've never had tennis elbow, Gloria, but I have heard it's very painful. It's funny, I don't pay a lot of attention to my various parts until they hurt. And then, son of a gun, I really liked it when it was healthy!.

Tracey, when you are doing these walking videos, is this walking on a treadmill or outside? Clearly, it's working great!.

Cara, chronic illness is no fun, no fun, no fun. My dh has MS. It's fine most of the time as long as he doesn't overdo it, but when he is too active he'll be feeling crummy for a few days..

Ladies, my sister's prognosis is grim. Her cancer is advanced and the doctors are guessing she has a couple months left. We are all reeling from this info. It seems like every time I answer my phone, it's something worse. Next weekend, my dad, brothers, and I are traveling to AZ from MN to see this for ourselves. Julie's family is devastated. It always seemed like there would be more time.....

Hi you sexy Melters!.

I am back from Chicago and it was wonderful. All my co-workers were shocked by my weight loss and it felt soooo good to have them notice and get the compliments..

My busy schedule didn't really allow me to stay on plan too well, but I made smart choices at lunch and dinner and ended up losing 3.5 pounds while I was gone! I was SHOCKED to say the least. I'm sure all the walking and lugging around my heavy computer bag also helped. It felt really good being able to keep up with everyone on the sidewalks. It was a great trip and only helped motivate me to get back on plan this weekend and keep going..

Barb, I am so sorry about your sister. I have no words and cannot imagine what you and the family are going thru right now. My thoughts are with you..

Tracey, you rock woman! Great job on all the exercise and the weight loss..

Gloria, OUCH! I hope your pain is short lived with your tennis elbow and congrats on the loss!.

I'm happy to be back home and getting back on track. I hope you all have a great Easter and stay away from the Peeps!..

Barb, I am so sorry to hear about your sister, when do you plan to travel to AZ. I will keep her and your family in my prayers. I am sure it is all so hard to absorb. The news of the disease is hard enough on it's own but to get the time frame she is given, I just can't even imagine. Take care of yourself, please..

Kelli, welcome back, glad you had such a good trip. Aren't the the smallest things so heart warming, like being able to walk and keep up with the others. I guess if we laid the amount we have lost in a pile of butter, we would be shocked and understand why we have struggled even in walking. I know I feel a difference..

Tracey, I got a couple new things, chocolate pudding (can't believe it took me 4 orders to get something with chocolate in the name), the apple cinnamon crisps (snack) and the chili nacho puffs. I have gotten pretty routine and my favorite things of bars and soups take up most of my order with a hot cocoa, brownie, orange shake, pretzels. I am still using up the eggs, pancakes, oatmeal from previous months, I just never grab them. Last night with all the choices, I almost binged on Medifast packets. LOL.

My Easter plans have all fallen apart as my daughter has strep throat so they aren't coming down to stay tonight. DH is working, so I am driving out (they live 40 miles away) today to delivery Easter baskets and goodies. My Dad is coming down tomorrow and we will go out to eat. I get to pick the place and I am getting pretty good at staying close to OP when going out - anyway portion control..

We had the sun briefly today, now cloudy, windy and chilly. I just know warmth and sun would make us all feel better!.

Enjoy your weekends...

Tracey - we did the same this week. I too lost 1.6 lbs. which is good after my 4 lb last week. Slowly creeping along..

Your workout routine has been a great commitment on your part. Way to go..

I too like Walking Away the Pounds, and was doing it - so I need to reflect and reschedule my workouts. I have no reason not too, and I once was even an aerobic teacher (sad but true) after playing sports all my life, one would think I would have no trouble with this. As the weight comes off it won't 'hurt' as much as I need to push myself..

Off to physical therapy - I have tennis elbow and I don't play tennis. I am not sure how I have strained my left elbow, but it has been killing me for over 8 months so broke down and went last week to an Ortho doctor. PT takes up so much time, but again a must do..

Sun, sun, where are you!!!!!..
