Good question... I dunno what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

WOW! That is a fabulous NSV! Now you get to start shopping in the skinny people stores:0) I told my husband that was the only goal I ever really had, I wanted to shop in the regular stores with the regular sizes. Congrats!!!!!..

Im so happy for u! One of my goals is to b able to wear my SO's jeans. He wears a 30x32 so thy r pretty small! Id love to go into a store n not feel embarrassed about the size. Uv given me inspiration..

WOW!! what a great story!! I love that finally someone said something like that to you and it was meant in a POSITIVE way to make you feel good than what it used to be like!! I started off very close to your starting weight and my goal is what yours is...I'm not as far as you are YET...but I look forward to telling stories like that in my near future thanks to the support on here and to MF!!!..

Thanks guys!. I really appreciate being able to post this, because so often when you live with obese people and friends who aren't taking action, they either don't want to hear it, or are jealous, or worse yet, make you feel BAD for succeeding...you know, those comments "jeez you're wasting away! Now I'm the fat one!". I actually lost a couple of friends during this journey we all went shopping, I fit into some really nice clothes and one turned to the other and said "its not fair, she's not supposed to look better than us"...I haven't heard from them since and we used to all have Christmas dinners together and monthly evenings out...sigh.... Thanks again!.. |
