The Green portion of the plan is below. You might also look into the snacks and condiments you're allotted. And don't skimp on your fat seving! Are you exercising? Welcome! I suggest taking 30 min and rereading everything. Giving it all a second good read through really helped me. And don't worry once you get your "medi-legs" under you, you will be sailing with the best of them!..

I am with you! I started on Saturday and Monday was awful - headache, weak, etc. Today was a little better and I sure don't want to go off plan and go through that again! Good motivation...

Quickstart guide on medifast1.com. or someone here may have a link. But that website has all the info you need. Also you may be getting getting to much lean, depending on what you eat. You get 7 oz. of the leanest proteins (most fish, etc.), 6oz of leaner protein (like chicken), and 5 oz of lean protein (like steak).

Go to the Success Tools tab on the top of the page and all the info you need is there......nutrition and exercise. Make sure you are getting all of your lean and green in. Doesn't sound like you are getting enough green...
