Mistake during day 6 of Medifast Diet!?

First off, Mistake during day 6 of Medifast Diet!? Many thanks for any response. Another quick question.....I had no idea it was going to blow me away! My weigh in this morning marked my 4th week on MF. I have lost a total of 32.8 pounds. I am floored, happy, shocked, elated and in disbelief. You name the emotion and I probably went through it..

I did my measurements today, too (arms, chest, waist, hips, thighs and neck) and lost 13 inches. Blown away..

I even survived my first girls night out last night since I started MF. Mexican food and margaritas...my weakness!! It was also the first time I had eaten out since beginning the program. I am happy to report it was a, well, piece of cake. (Sorry to throw the C word out there, lol.) I thought it would be difficult, but to be honest, it totally empowered me!..
