My question is Nutrisystem and nutrisystem, how much do they cost a month? Thanks for any answer. Another question I got... All right guys, I'm back! One month away, not totally off plan but close enough, and I have gained 6 lbs..

I have had some awesome relationships restored in the last 3-4 weeks and have been having dinner quit a bit to kind of celebrate those moments. Thats why I said "not a total loss". I have typically kept on plan for breakfast and lunch and have blown it for dinners..

I weighed in on Feb 2nd at 175, 3 lbs from goal, and weighed in this morning at 181..

I do have to say that I was actually surprised that I only gained 6 lbs..

I thought I had gained more like 10, but I think it is just the way I feel..

Very sluggish, drained, guilty and tired. It is amazing how different you.

Can "feel" when not eating the proper balance and mostly drinking enough.

Water..

I started back with the water yesterday and am amazed this morning just.

How much better I feel already..

OK, enough said. I am back 100% today and would like to drop 10 lbs.

This month. 100% everyday and exercise at least every other day by.

Doing 30 minutes cardio, crunches and using the perfect push ups again..

And posting here everyday just to stay accountable..

Here is my email address.

..

If you don't see me post something in the men's room daily, you have permission to come and find out why...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably know..

You didn't do so much damage that you can't undo it in a few weeks if you get right back on program. I usually put on at least that much on our week long all-inclusive vacations and I've had no problems getting that back off by going back on plan..

Good luck and congratulations on the renewed relationships...

I had a slice of cheese steak pizza for lunch today. While the taste buds liked it, my stomach said "What the F**K!" It has just laid in my belly all day and reminded me that I eat differently now..

Considering your success, just jump back on the wagon again. It's a lifestyle that can accommodate some variance...

I know the feeling. It's amazing how something (or some amount) I could have eaten a year ago without blinking now makes me feel miserable..

Hey, glad you're back on the program. 6 lbs for a month off isn't bad and I'm sure you'll get it off quick. Welcome back!..

Well it's been about 8 months since I was 100% NS. Put on 15 while dealing with one of life's little curve balls for the last 8 months. Now I start a new. Will get back on the boards, the best form of support, and ask for help along the way. It's not a diet, they are destined to fail, it's a lifestyle change that works...

You're doing awesome. I had a weak moment with chee-tohs and I'm up 2. The good thing is we now now exactly how to lose 5 pounds...just snap back to being 100% on plan and it will melt. If the weight comes back it can go away just as easy!..

Sorry that I have to be the one to say this but what the $%^& were you thinking? 6lbs. in one month is 72 lbs. in one year. AND hasn't Nutrisystem taught you to make better choises? Seriously, my freind, at the least you recognized bad habits came back and bit you hard. Time to get back on track and get it done. You've worked too damn hard to slip now. Now give me 40 PP..

LOL if I was as close to my goal weight as this guy is, I wouldn't be going off plan for Angelina Joli or PCH Grand Prize. Oh ye of such small faith !.

I've learned one thing in my weight loss journey thus far. Actually, several things. The only one who ever causes me not to lose (or gain!) weight is myself. Its not so much about what you eat, as the choices you make while eating it..

Two slices of cheese are good, three are 1/4 pound gain tomorrow morning. Its so simple. To quote Jedi Master Yoda, "Do, or do not. There is no 'try'."..
