First question I got is What are some vital healthy Nutrisystem diet tips? Many thanks for any response. 2nd question I got is.. First of all, it's good to be back. I have missed interacting with you over the past 6 months or so. I would pop back in every once in a while, but in reality avoiding this discussion board was a symptom of a larger beast I was fighting.. |

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably know..

Thanks BM I needed that.
.. Show us you're the mentor we remember... |

As I said the other day Welcome Back BM. You know what it takes and you have what it takes. You have done it before. Once again you.
Will. Be a Nutrisystem success story... |

Welcome back BM and thanks for sharing your struggles with us. I have no doubt your success story will be an incredible one this time around as well. It's good to have you back on the wagon!..

Hang in there, BM!.
While I haven't ordered a Triple B since Nov 07, I still hang around here, it helps keep me focused on watching what I eat. I still weigh in every week, but what really burns me is that I never hit my goal of 180. Close, but no cigar. I'm seriously considering going back to 100% Nutrisystem for a month or two, maybe that will get me over the hump.. Anyway, enough about me. You know it works, that's why you're back, and you know you can do it!.. |

We can make that journey together. What I have come to call "on-plan my way" as it turns out is also called maintenance. I've been practicing for maintenance for the last several months. Other than the 3 days I went with no product, I have been on-plan the right way for the last few weeks. Now that my BBB was delivered I have been back 100% for the last 2 days. And just had a hell of a BM.
I kinda missed all this sphincter activity.. I understand depression from a unique perspective. As you know, I'm one of the few people alive that knows what it feels like to take that final step and live to tell the tale. Thanks to my V.A. Pshrynk and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (300mg Effexor XR a day) I've finally got control of the my dark demons inside. I wish you all the best on that front. Never be ashamed to ask for help. I'll keep you in mind the next time I have occasion to talk with my higher power... |

You may have tripped but you haven't fallen..
Some of us out here still look up to you... |

BM, you know that some fights are harder than others. The biggest mistake for those of us with depression or anger issues is thinking anything will be "easy." Accepting that you have a fight on your hands means that you are willing to put up a fight to reach your goals. Glad to see you aren't waving the white flag. Stay after it...

As a relative newbie (2months), your story is inspirational to me. Hope to see a lot more of you around here..
