My 1st question is: What do you eat every day on the Medifast Diet phase 1? Looking forward for any response. Another question... Today is the first day of my second week. I can't believe how fast week #1 went by!. |

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..

Me too, I just finished my first week and even though I knew it would work, I was surprised at how easy it was. I lost 15 pounds the first week! this week I need to be more reasonable though or my coach is gonna make me eat in and out animal style fries to slow me down...

Chris, I am terrified. I will order my products tomorrow and I have been doubting myself so much! I am addicted to carbs, sweets and food in general, I binge and I feel lost. I've tried many other plans and none has worked for me, because I DON'T follow it. I can do it like for 3 days and then I binge so bad, that I leave the plan. Please pray for me. I really need to lose weight.

Hi glotowle! Please don't doubt yourself! Medifast includes carbs so you will be fine! Try ordering the chocolate pudding and most of the bars will satisfy a sweet craving. I also enjoy the cinnamon pretzel sticks! When you eat OP (on plan) every few hours, you will not feel the need to binge. Just give it a try for a week and you will be amazed at how well you will feel! Best of luck!!!..

(I should clarify that Medifast foods have carbs in them, but your Lean & Green meal - well the carbs will be in the veggies).....
