Quick question: What do you think is the most efficient Nutrisystem diet? Many thanks for any response. Second question of mine... Not an official weigh in, but I've been weighing everyday this week because I thought this would be the week I dropped below 400 lbs, and I did, today I'm 399.2!..

I think the last time I was in the 300's was the Fall of 2005 when I was doing my surgery rotation in medical school. The last time I was in the 200's was during the Spring of 2000 when I was around 290 when throwing the shotput and discus in college...

Hey Disco! Great milestone! Just think, in a relatively short while, you can keep your screen name but change your avatar to John Travolta doing his thing in the '80's..

I think my screen name is lost on people, discobolus is the name of the Greek statue of the discus thrower (pictured in my avatar). I was a discus thrower in high school and college, hence the screen name...

Way to go, Disco..

I threw discus and tried the shot putt in high school, but was too small to compete with the "big" guys. Our best discus thrower was 300 lbs. At the time I weighed 130, so I joined the wrestling team. That same 300 lb guy also joined and took state in the (of course) heavy weight class. Coach would have two of us wrestle him at a time for his training, because he would wear out pretty fast. That was some scary stuff for those of us half his weight...
