My 1st question is: What is a good Nutrisystem diet for women? Many thanks for any answer. Second question of mine... I know this is self serving and a shameless way to brag about myself. I tried to justify it by telling myself any Newbies who read this can see what can be achieved in about 9 months time. Besides my weight loss has slowed down now that I'm getting closer to goal and things like this really keep me motivated to stay the course. So here is yet another Nutrisystem Victory of mine.. |

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..

Awesome Jonah!! I'm happy for you.
The closest I've gotten to an NSV is losing a couple notches on the old belt.. |
|
Congrats dude. Good for me to read I have been slipping a bit as of late and somehow need to refocus myself. Thanks for posting..

Jonah, nice story. Glad to see you got those kind of results...

Great NSV..
Is it just me, or did it work like this for you also. The closer I get to goal the slower the weight is coming off, but my clothes seem to be getting bigger much faster. 4 weeks ago I was squeezing into 36's, they fit good for a few weeks (mainly cuz of the holidays probably) and now they're getting big... |

Nice to hear another success story. Hopefully I'll be able to post one like that in the future...
|
|
Absolutely right! Hearing success stories motivates people a lot! Let's see a picture of you "wearing" a pair of those old 46's and holding them out like in the ads!..

It's not just you. That is exactly what has been happening to me lately. As I get closer to my goal weight my weight loss has really slowed down. For the first time I'm having weeks with no weight loss and/or a one pound weight loss. Yet I actually feel thinner, and the fact that I'm having to buy new pants and new dress shirts proves I'm actually getting smaller. It's been more than ten years since I've fit in a pair of size 34 waist pants, and it makes me feel ten years younger...

Tom,.
When I first started Nutrisystem on day one I took a picture of myself. I set the camera on the tripod and snapped off a few full body front and side shots (weighing 342 at the time, they aren't pretty). I looked at those photo's with such disgust and made a promise to myself that I would not show them to anyone until I reached my goal weight. Once I do reach my goal weight I'll set up the tripod and snap off a few more full body shots to show the difference. I know it may seem weird but it's part of my motivation to continue on this path and reach my goal. I really want to show off what I've done so far (losing 118 pounds, 12 inches off my waist, and 4.5 inches off my neck), but I really want to stick with my original plan.. Once I reach goal, it will be you and Vader626 I will be thanking most. Vader's pictures are what helped motivate me to start Nutrisystem in the first place. Your regular posts and advice and mindset of it being a lifestyle change more than a diet helped me get through those first few tough weeks and months. As my body adjusted to smaller portions and healthier food choices.. So I will post pictures. Just not yet... |

I've donated all my old pants to charity except one pair of size 46 jeans. Once I reach my goal weight I will take a picture wearing those old fat pants. Just like they do in the ads..
Stay Tuned, I'm only 29 pounds away from my goal... |
