What is that Medifast Diet Recipe?

Got a question, hope someone can answer... What is that Medifast Diet Recipe? Many thanks for any response. Another question I got... I just realized that I am 40 pounds lighter - the weight of my sweet hound dog Sandi. What a shock to think about. Last night I tried picking her up to put her on my lap and thought she was heavy to hold.

Sometimes I wonder, does the weight loss show? My brain/body image and my real body image aren't in sync. It was such a revelation to realize that "I lost my dog!"..

What have you lost? First week for me was an oven stuffer roaster? Soon it was a holiday turkey. Now my dog. I am so excited. It is such a concrete image. I think I am going shopping - find something new that really fits. Only 1 - I still have another hound to lose before I reach my goal - do two 40 pound hounds equal one shepherd (my son's dog)?..
