By the way, an hour after posting this I received a buddy bucks coupon. I've referred two people to Nutrisystem and already received their buddy bucks, so maybe this is a way Nutrisystem is trying to rectify the situation. For what ever reason I received it, it helps... |

This past week I also had a Buddy Buck coupon show up in my inbox for no apparent reason. Maybe they are Christmas presents from Nutrisystem?..

I have dealt with Nutrisystem for almost two years. A couple times there have been errors. Each time phone support has been courteous, and effective..
If they waited to send you $300 worth of product until they got an entire order (minus your 7-day pick) back, I find that entirely reasonable. Most mail order companies will not credit or replace until the old merchandise is returned and processed.. Sorry about your luck, but a long time ago I posted calculations of how many orders Nutrisystem ships a minute. I don't feel like looking it up, but it's a fairly impressive number. It puts things in perspective. Doesn't make your situation any better, but it puts it in perspective. And reduces the need to whine... |

I agree with this statement, but only if they tell you that's what they are doing. If they say they will send your order right out, it's wrong for them to wait...

I agree in the sense that it's understandable that they would wait to receive the bad order until they shipped another one. However, I do believe Nutrisystem should have been more communicative with you and it sucks that you have to now deal with quasi-outside dieting until the new order arrives. I don't feel, though, that Nutrisystem is the type of company that does everything they can to get new customers only to forget the already-customers (ie. a cable company that starts with C and ends with harter.. but that's another story). I hope you get the new order soon!..
