First of all Who has done atkins diet, weight watchers, slim fast,suger busters, Medifast Diet.? Looking forward for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. I started this journey Nov. 4th 2009. One year later I have lost 143.6 lbs. God is so good.

Now on to round 2...
